EXCLUSIONS, LIMITATIONS, AND DISCLAIMERS OF LIABILITY OR WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS OF USE APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW AND DO NOT AFFECT OR IMPAIR RIGHTS THAT, ACCORDING TO THE APPLICABLE COMPULSORY LAWS OR PUBLIC ORDER RULES OF THE COUNTRY WHERE: (A) YOU HAVE YOUR MAIN RESIDENCE IF YOU ARE A NATURAL PERSON, OR (B) THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF YOUR BUSINESS OR MAIN LOCATION IF YOU ARE A LEGAL ENTITY, AND/OR IF RELATED TO CONTENT, (C) YOU WILL ACCESS AND/OR USE THE GATEWAY, EITHER AT THE FEDERAL OR STATE LEVEL WHERE APPLICABLE.

(b) To Us: Any notice from you to sunpages.com must be sent in writing by courier or by registered or certified mail to the registered office address of sunpages.com and must include the words: “Attn: Legal Department of sunpages.com.” Notices sent by email or courier will take effect one business day after they are sent.
